Version 4.13 is a minor update to stomp a couple of minor 
appearance type bugs and to add two new command line options:

ND will add a prompt so that an exact date such as "As of January 30 1992"
can be put on the statements rather than the default "As of the end of
January 1992."

DR will automatically enter "R" for receivable on the invoice entry
screen. This option will save keystrokes if most of your entries are
receivables.

A command line option or switch is entered when you start up the program.
To use both of the above switches, you would enter the following:

        RJ ND DR

NS, another command line switch is outlined on page 17 of the manual
in the "search" section. Registered users will receive another switch
which will turn off the exhortations to register.

It is my assumption that almost everyone will be using a menu program
or some sort of batch file to run the program so memorizing these entries
will not be necessary.

A routine was added to prevent changes being made to invoices entered in
months prior to the last housekeeping.

A problem with very occasional arithmetic errors during housekeeping was
corrected.

A bug was squashed which caused spurious entries if several changes were 
made in invoices in the same month and if the user had a fiscal year other
than January to December.

A routine was added so that printing of statements can begin at any account
number.
